Most orders are delivered in 2 to 5 days, not counting Saturday's, Sunday's or holidays. There are exceptions. We are located about 3 miles from UPS World Heaquarters, and get good service. If you are in a hard to reach location, delivery may take 3 to 6 days, not counting Saturday's, Sunday's or holidays. If you are living in Georgia or a bordering state, shipping may take as little as 2 days. Handling fee: We don't charge a handling fee. We believe this a ridiculous concept. A handling fee is simply a way for businesses to make profit with no material value to the customer. The concept of charging a fee, for what we are in business to do, is not with in the business ethics beliefs of SkinLeather LLC. Return policy: Items returned within 30 days of delivery and in original condition will receive full refund of the purchase price. All returns MUST be requested in advance using our contact form. There are NO refunds on Bargain Basement items. SkinLeather does not accept responsibility for items returned without prior approval, is not liable for damages due to return shipping, and is not liable for shipment loss of return shipping. Product ordered, but refused at time of delivery, not picked up from UPS depot after third delivery attempt and orders from Alaska and Hawaii will receive a full refund of the purchase price less a $14.99 restocking fee. Special shipping charges including "UPS 2nd Day Air" are not refundable. Refund monies can only be credited to the originating account. Exchange Policy: There is no fee for exchange of items of equal or greater value of original purchase, returned within 30 days of delivery and in original condition. All exchanges MUST be requested in advance using our contact form.
